Digital Product Refund & Returns Policy

Please read the product description, features, included items and system/software requirements before purchasing.

Because these are digital products, a refund is generally not provided after successful download, access or use merely because a customer changes their mind, expected a different feature, wants an additional feature, or finds the product different from their personal expectations.

If a genuine product defect, corrupt file or verified delivery/access problem occurs and it cannot be fixed or replaced, an eligible refund may be considered after verification.

Duplicate payments may also be refunded after verification.

Requests for additional or custom features may require a separate charge.
